I have been coming here for YEARS. All of the girls are wonderful. Mimi has been doing my mani's and pedi's and I am never disappointed. I am sorry for those who have claimed to have bad experiences. Fortunately, I am not one of them. They are a small salon so appointments are always suggested.

Love going here 2 get my powder manicure! The work that they do is awesome, the atmosphere is relaxing & ALL of the nail techs are so sweet! Would definitely recommend!!!
Today I visited Angel Tips for a simple polish change appointment and left deeply dissatisfied with both the manicure and the lack of customer service. My appointment was scheduled for 5:30 PM, 30 minutes before closing. Minutes before my appointment, I received a call from them urging me to hurry and that "the girl has to go home,". Mind you, I had told the lady on the phone when booking my appointment that I can come in earlier- she was the one that insisted on the 5:30 time. When scheduling the appointment, I had asked her on the phone "are you able to cut my nails and do a polish change?" and she said yes. However, when I was already in the middle of the service, I noticed she wasn't trimming my nails so I asked if she could please cut them. She literally just said "no". As I was drying my nails, I raised the issue with the manager. Initially, the technician falsely claimed I never asked for a nail trim. Only after further discussion did she change her story, stating a nail trim would incur an additional cost- which is totally fine with me. She could've told me this instead of just saying no. Moreover, the quality of the nail polish job itself was horrible. There was a clear lack of skill and attention to detail. Polish was so sheer, and no it's not the color I picked because I use the same exact color and brand at another salon and it never looks like this. (Photos attached) Do not come here. I have gone to this salon every month since September 2016 and have had a good experience each time except the last time. I get an underarm waxing and sometimes a half or full leg. This last time I got the underarm and full leg waxing and was highly dissatisfied by the leg waxing. First, I have never had such an aggressive waxing. Second, she forgot to do my upper leg even though I had said full leg and gestured to my leg. I reminded her(I later wished I hadn't). She left wax ALL OVER my legs. She didn't put the oil or the powder on my legs after the waxing like she did my underarms. My legs were sticking together and sticking to EVERYTHING! I wished I hadn't given her any tip! Later that night, I discovered that she missed an entire section on each of my thighs! Update: I went back the next day and my waxing was fixed free of charge. I now will no longer be a walk-in and will call and make an appointment now with one of the girls that I know does it right. I went in with my mom the get mani-pedis for New Year's and they looked great. I went to Mimi and my mom used Jenny.
